“I wanted to replace my carpeting in my entire home with hardwood flooring and I looked all over town and got quoted from numerous companies. However, the majority of them were very much overpriced, not even willing to compromise and acted like they were doing my a favor for them to come out and give me an estimate! Needless, to say, that was very unprofessional to me and a total rejection of that company for my flooring needs. After going through nearly 5 different companies and dealing with similar issues, I came across Miami Flooring and Tile. Marlon came out the same day I called and was extremely polite, caring, and considerate of my needs and budget for my project. After he did a thorough inspection, he sat down with me and went over prices and options with me, and he was extremely nice and worked with me to pick out the best hardwood floor for a price that was well within my budget! I did not hesitate and hired him instantly and the work was started within a couple days and took just a couple days, because his company was very careful, neat and did an outstanding professional job! They removed my old carpeting and mat, cleaned up the floor and did an outstanding job laying down the hardwood floor to perfection! “I had a rental 2 bedroom apartment in an older building that needed new ceramic tile floors installed with 7 days turnaround time. I called several places and most of them just sold the tiles but had no installers. Marlon from Miami Flooring and Tile was the only company that actually returned my call. He informed me that they could pick up the tiles wherever I bought them and bring them to the apartment for installation. At the meeting with Marlon, he was very professional and easy to talk to. Marlon went over the different installations methods, his recommendations and timing of project completion. Throughout the process, he was very attentive and wrote down all my requirements regarding baseboards, timing, etc. He met me at Home Depot where I had selected the tiles and helped me calculate the amount of tiles needed, grout, baseboards, sealer, and all that was needed for the project. Amadeo, the owner of the company, showed up with his team and Marlon on time as agreed. The team worked long and hard to finish the floor by the promised date so other contractors could come and do their work without harming the newly laid tiles.
